Sites and some other buildings and amenities generate rubbish.
To ensure your park remains clean, rubbish bins need to be built close to these sites and buildings. If there is no bin, guests will drop their rubbish on the ground.
Bins have a limited capacity, and you must employ a cleaner to ensure they are maintained. If all the bins within range of a site or building are full, guests will drop their rubbish on the ground.
The cleaner can empty bins and will also clean up rubbish from the ground, however it is more time consuming to clean it from the ground and will take longer to clear than a full bin.
